Does Le Trap have a physical store?

No. We only have an online store, but our products are displayed in some showrooms throughout the year.

How do I measure my hat size?

An item I want is out of stock. How do I know if it will be back in stock?

You can enter your email in the box: “Notify me when the product is back in stock."

Can I return or exchange my product?

Yes. You have 3 days to return it and 14 days to exchange it. You can check our exchanges and returns policy.

How can I exchange or return?

You must send an email to info@le-trap.pt with your name, order number and a message explaining whether you want to return or what exchange you want to make.

I'm a store that would like to resell Le Trap. How can I proceed?

You must send an email to info@le-trap.pt with the name of the store, address, telephone number, store opening date, website and social networks or fill out the form available on our website at: Retail.

Is there a telephone number available to answer questions?

We have an exclusive Whatsapp line for our customers to ask any questions regarding sizes, deliveries, etc.
