1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.le-trap.pt and the purchase of Le Trap products through it.

1.2. For the purpose of these Terms:

a) LE TRAP – The brand responsible for the products sold on this website;
b) User – Any individual (non-business entity) placing an order via www.le-trap.pt.

1.3. By using this website and placing an order, the User declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Website Registration

2.1. To place an order, the User may register in advance by completing the registration form available on the website. It is also possible to complete a purchase as a guest.

2.2. By accessing their personal account, the User agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Le Trap Products

3.1. Product features and descriptions are available at www.le-trap.pt and on each product page.

3.2. Le Trap reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, prices, offers, promotions and commercial conditions displayed on the website.

4. Orders

4.1. To place an order, the User must have a valid email address to receive confirmations and order notifications.

4.1.1. The purchase process includes the following steps:

a) Select the desired products;
b) Add them to the shopping cart;
c) Enter personal and delivery details;
d) Choose a payment method;
e) Confirm the order.

4.2. Once the order is completed, the User will receive an email with order confirmation and payment details.

4.3. Orders will be shipped via the designated carrier (UPS or MRW), with a physical or digital invoice included.

4.4. By submitting an order, the User accepts Le Trap’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

4.5. Le Trap reserves the right to cancel confirmed orders under the following circumstances:

a) Product is out of stock;
b) Payment failure or invalid method;
c) Incorrect or unverifiable billing information;
d) Obvious pricing errors;
e) Inability to deliver to the provided address.

5. Prices

5.1. All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate.

5.2. Prices are listed in euros (€).

5.3. Le Trap may update prices without prior notice. The price applied will be the one in force at the time of purchase.

5.4. In the event of a clear pricing error, both parties may cancel the order prior to shipping.

5.5. The total price includes applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5.6. The User will only pay the amount indicated in the order confirmation.

6. Payment Methods

6.1. Payments can be made through Shopify, PayPal, Stripe or EuPago.

6.2. Le Trap is not responsible for payments made through unauthorized channels.

7. Shipping Costs

7.1. Free shipping for orders over €297 to mainland Portugal, mainland Spain, and EU countries.

7.2. Shipping to the rest of Europe and worldwide is paid by the customer. Rates are displayed during checkout.

8. Delivery

8.1. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays).

8.2. Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal & Spain: 1 to 3 business days

  • European Union: 3 to 7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5 to 10 business days

8.3. If the carrier experiences delays, the User will be contacted.

8.4. Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging. If damaged, the User should refuse the parcel and contact Le Trap with photos. A new shipment or full refund will be offered.

8.5. If the order is not received within 15 business days after payment, the User must contact info@le-trap.pt. After this period, Le Trap is not responsible for lost packages.

8.6. Delivery is considered completed upon signature at the delivery address.

9. Returns

9.1. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

a) Defective or non-compliant product;
b) Product differs from what was displayed;
c) Customer changes their mind (must notify and return within 15 days of receiving the item).

9.2. The User must send an email with photos to info@le-trap.pt.

9.3. After evaluation and approval, refunds will be processed within 14 days via store credit (valid for 1 year) or via the original payment method.

10. Exchanges

10.1. Exchanges can be requested up to 30 days after delivery, provided that:

a) The item has not been used;
b) Labels remain intact;
c) The product is returned with its original packaging.

10.2. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

10.3. Le Trap reserves the right to reject items that show signs of use.

10.4. Exchanges for different models are allowed, provided the customer pays any price difference and shipping costs.

11. Product Quality

Le Trap only sells new products that meet the quality standards of the market. Full details are available on each product page.

12. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted to info@le-trap.pt and will be answered within 5 business days.

13. Disclaimer of Liability

Le Trap does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation. We are not liable for technical failures, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics or any force majeure events.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Le Trap may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect upon publication on the website.

15. Personal Data Processing

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, process and protect your personal data.

16. Records and Evidence

Le Trap’s digital records are considered valid proof of communications, orders, and transactions.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Braga, with waiver of any other.

19. Validity of Promotions

19.1. Promotions are valid only for the period stated on the website, unless otherwise specified.
