Exchanges & Returns

1.1. All products are individually tagged with a security label/seal.

1.2. If you wish to exchange or return one or more items, Le Trap reserves the right to refuse the exchange/return if:

  • The security tags or seals have been removed, damaged, or tampered with;

  • The item(s) show signs of use, stains, odours, dirt, or any kind of damage.

1.3. After receiving your order, you have the following timeframes:

  • 14 calendar days to request a return;

  • 30 calendar days to request an exchange, whether due to defect, non-conformity, or preference (e.g. size or model).

1.4. To begin the exchange or return process, you must send an email to info@le-trap.pt stating:

  • Whether you wish to exchange or return the item(s);

  • Your order number.

1.5. For product exchanges:

  • The item(s) must be sent to Le Trap's address within 30 calendar days of receiving the order;

  • Do not ship to collection points;

  • Once the item is received and passes quality inspection, the new product will be dispatched.

1.6. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

1.7. Exchange-related shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer, including any price differences between the exchanged items.

1.8. The exchange or return must be carried out using:

  • The same courier that delivered the order, or another of the customer’s choosing (with shipment tracking);

  • The original packaging, properly sealed and with Le Trap’s return address clearly marked. All previous labels must be removed.

Note: Reusing the original packaging helps ensure the item arrives undamaged.

1.9. If you wish to use one of our partner couriers (UPS or MRW), you may check their websites for the nearest drop-off location.

1.10. Once the item is received at our premises, it will be reviewed by our Quality Control team. If it meets our return policy conditions, the exchange will be confirmed or the refund processed within 14 working days, via the same payment method originally used.

1.11. For refunds, we offer two options:

  • A credit voucher equivalent to the returned item(s), valid for 12 months, redeemable exclusively in our online store;

  • A refund via the same method used for the original payment.

1.12. Le Trap is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
