Exchanges & Returns

1.1. All products are individually identified with a security tag/seal.

1.2. Le Trap reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns in the following cases:

  • The security tag or seal has been removed, damaged, or tampered with;

  • The item shows signs of wear, stains, odors, dirt, or any kind of damage.

1.3. Mandatory deadlines for the product(s) to arrive at Le Trap’s address:

  • Returns: the item must be received at our address within 14 calendar days of the customer receiving the order.

  • Exchanges: the item must be received at our address within 30 calendar days of the customer receiving the order, whether due to defect, non-compliance, or personal preference (model or size).

⚠️ Please note: Simply informing us by email does not guarantee acceptance of the return or exchange. The item must physically arrive at our address within the stated timeframes.

1.4. To begin the return or exchange process, you must email info@le-trap.pt, stating:

  • Whether you would like an exchange or a return;

  • Your order number.

1.5. The product(s) must be shipped to Le Trap’s address. We do not accept deliveries to pick-up points.

1.6. Shipping costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.

1.7. Shipping costs related to exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer, as well as any price differences between the exchanged items.

1.8. The return must be made using:

  • The same courier that delivered the order or another of the customer’s choice (with shipment tracking);

  • The original packaging, properly sealed, with all previous shipping labels removed and Le Trap’s address clearly visible on the outside.

Using the original packaging helps protect the product from damage during transport.

1.9. If you choose to use one of our partner couriers (UPS or MRW), please consult their websites to find the nearest drop-off point.

1.10. Once received at our address, the item will be inspected by our Quality Department. If it complies with our policy, the exchange will be confirmed or the return processed within 14 business days, using the original payment method.

1.11. In case of a return, the customer may choose between:

  • A store credit in the amount of the return (valid for 12 months, to be used exclusively in our online store);

  • A refund issued via the original payment method used in the purchase.

1.12. Le Trap is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during the return shipment.
