Shipping Policy

All items for sale are subject to existing stock.

Orders will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be sent within 48 hours after payment confirmation for items in stock and within 14 working days for items made to order (we send an email if the item has to be made by order and let us know the delivery time).

The customer will receive an email confirming the order on our website, an email confirming payment and a shipping notification email with the tracking number.

The delivery time in Portugal and Spain is 1 to 3 working days, in the European Union and Europe it is 3 to 7 working days and in the Rest of the World it is 5 to 10 working days. Islands have a different deadline.
